First ask the customer to check their spam or junk folder, as automated emails sometimes land there. If they still can’t see it:

• Confirm their email address is correct in your portal.
• Resend the invite from your Movers Dashboard.
• If it still doesn’t arrive, please email info@removalscalculator.com and we can help investigate.

No – customers never see the cubic feet or metres for their move. They simply complete the survey, and the volume is only visible inside your company portal and in the notification email you receive.

Customers don’t see the total cube of their property – that’s for your team only. Once they submit the form:

• You receive the full details and volume by email.
• The quote is saved in your Removals Calculator portal where you can view, edit and add extra items if needed.
• Staff can also complete quotes directly inside the portal; these are also emailed to you and stored for future reference.

If you can’t see a particular item in the calculator, please email info@removalscalculator.com with:

• The item name.
• The approximate cubic feet, if you know it.

We’ll review the request and come back to you about adding it.

We no longer offer a trial at the checkout stage, but we are still happy to give new customers a free 30-day trial.

Removals Calculator is billed once per year. Current plans are:

• Basic Level – £50.00 per year.
• Premium Level – £100.00 per year.
• Ultimate Level – £200.00 per year.

Yes – each plan is a single yearly payment. There are no long-term contracts and no hidden extras. You simply renew each year if you want to keep using the service.

No. There are no contracts. Removals Calculator has been priced to be as affordable as possible for man & van operators and removals companies. You can cancel renewal at any time.

If you’d like to upgrade your level, please email info@removalscalculator.com. We’ll provide you with an upgrade code and guide you through the simple checkout process.

Yes – we’re happy to help you get your account set up, add staff and show you where everything lives. Just email info@removalscalculator.com and we’ll arrange support via email.

In your Movers Dashboard, go to the Embed Form page. There you’ll see a ready-made HTML snippet. Copy this code and paste it into the HTML of the page on your website where you want the calculator to appear.

Yes. If you prefer, we can install the calculator on your website for you. Please email info@removalscalculator.com.

There is a one-off installation charge of £50.00.

When a customer uses the embedded calculator on your website:

• You receive their details and volume calculation by email.
• The submission is stored in your Removals Calculator portal so you can review and edit it like any other quote.

No. You can use the portal, invite customers and manage quotes without any technical knowledge. To embed the calculator on your website you may want a developer, but the code snippet is simple and many customers add it themselves.

Yes. You can add and remove staff users in your portal, and control what they can do. For example:

• Allow or restrict adding, editing and deleting quotes.
• Limit access so staff can work on jobs without changing company settings or billing.
• Monitor key actions through the built-in activity log on your Movers Dashboard.

Yes. You can update your company name, address, logo and other details from the Company Profile section in your portal at any time.

Go to the login page and click the “Forgot Password?” button. Enter your username or email address and we’ll email you a secure reset link.

Yes. Removals Calculator is run in line with GDPR requirements. We take data protection seriously and only use customer information for the purpose of delivering the service. You remain in control of your customers’ data.

The system is fully online and works on modern desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile browsers. It runs over 3G / 4G / 5G / Wi-Fi, so you can complete surveys at the office, on the road or at the customer’s property.

Yes. Removals Calculator supports multiple languages so you can serve customers in different regions and make the survey easier for them to complete accurately.
