Staff permissions & invite workflow updates

  • New
    Added a dedicated “See recent invites” permission for staff users, controlled via a toggle on the Staff Users screen. This makes it clearer who can see the list of recent customer invite links.
  • Logic
    Updated staff permission handling so that if a staff member has “See recent invites” switched on, the “Invite customers” permission is automatically enabled as well. This ensures staff can’t view invite history without being able to send invites.
  • Improved
    Enhanced the Invite Customer page with a Recent invites table, showing the last 10 invites per company, including status (used / not used), timestamps, and quick actions to resend the email or copy the invite link.
  • Logic
    Introduced a dedicated view_recent_invites_permission flag in user meta for staff users. This is now respected when deciding whether to render the recent invites list on the Invite Customer page.
  • Improved
    Added a resend invite flow that reuses the original invite link instead of generating a new record, while logging activity against the company for clearer auditing.
  • Improved
    Updated staff management UI to show all quote and invite permissions using modern toggle switches, aligned with the new dashboard design used on Customers, Staff, and Invite pages.

    Refined the Verified Partners listings layout and reusable styling so the changelog section can visually match the partners / dashboard components (rounded cards, typography, and spacing).

    📝 Activity Logging System
    We’ve expanded logging so company owners can see exactly what’s happening in their account. We now record actions such as:
    • Customer added / updated / deleted
    • All customers deleted
    • Viewing or editing a customer
    • Searching customers
    • Opening the customer list
    • Customer submitting via invite link
    • Customer submitting via website embed form
    Each action is linked to the correct user (including staff accounts) for full transparency.
